For In-Store Purchases:

Items can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase for new items, and within one day for discounted items.

Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for new items and within 3 days for discounted items.

Please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Present the original invoice along with the item for return or exchange.

2) Ensure the products are in their original condition, with price tags and stickers intact, and have not been used.

For Online Purchases:

We are committed to providing a seamless and secure online shopping experience, offering the following options for exchange and return:

You can benefit of free returns within 10 days from the date of receiving your order via the shipping company (for first-time returns).

Ensure the products remain in their original, unused condition, with tags and labels still attached.

Avoid exposure to perfumes, washing, or ironing.

Please note that failure to respond to the delivery representative’s call for more than 3 attempts will result in cancellation of the return request.
